Welcome to Knox UMC!

Founded in 1843, this church was the first religious entity established in Knox, Indiana. In those early days, parishioners met in homes as the circuit riders made their way for Sunday worship services.

Rooted in a strong faith in God and Bible-based sermons, Knox UMC continues its tradition of community outreach, helping those less fortunate, and sharing God's love through caring, kindness, and compassion.

Sunday mornings begin with Morning Coffee & Fellowship in the library starting at 9:00am. A Casual Traditional Worship Service begins at 9:15am, followed by a time of fellowship, coffee, and snacks.

And if you're an early-riser, tune in to 99.3fm WKVI each Sunday morning at 7:30 for a short message from Certified Lay Speaker Deb Mix to start your day, uplifted in the Lord!
